At REMTEM, your satisfaction matters to us. Each of our products is carefully crafted, customized, and packed with care. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Customized Product Policy

Since most of our items (such as name T-shirts, Urdu notebooks, and keychains) are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong name, design, or item)


2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The item received is not what you ordered

  • There is a printing or quality issue

To qualify, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the issue via email or WhatsApp

  • Ensure the item is unused and in original condition


3. What We Don’t Accept

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing a custom order

  • Minor color or design variations due to screen differences

  • Delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we review and approve your request:

  • We’ll offer a replacement, credit, or full/partial refund (based on the situation)

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

7. Shipping Costs
